Café Olimpico - Heritage Tin

The Scope of Work Included :

Graphic Design - Package Design - Custom Illustration & Typography

For anyone that’s been to Montréal, there’s 3 things that top everyone’s Must do list. Montréal Bagels from St. Viateur Bagels. Smoked Meat from Schwartz’s and Coffee from Café Olimpico. Established In 1970, by Italian Immigrant Rocco Furfaro, Café Olimpico has grown from it’s humble begining as a simple hangout where Rocco and his friends could watch La Liga, fast forward to today where people from all over the world embark on a coffee pilgramage to Mile-End, Montréal to savour traditional Italian Espresso, a one-of-a-kind family vibe and atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at home. All while gladly waiting over 30 minutes sometimes to experience it all.

One of our favourite projects to date, the Limited edition Café Olimpico Heritage Tin is a nod to the traditional Vintage Style Italian Coffee tins that are found in every Nonna’s Kitchen Shelf. A testament to Italian design, craft and attention to detail. This Tin not only is an exceptional work of art, but every single inch of the tin is crafted based on existing details within Olimpico. From the ornamental ceilings to the engravings in the wood seen around the café.

Available at all three of Café OIimpico locations across Montréal.
