We are Creatives

We are writers, designers, thinkers & directors. We doodle, sketch and draw. We are architects, painters, musicians & artists. We come up with ideas, starting from a form that's shapeless & raw. We are juniors with a hunger to prove ourselves to the world, we work hard to make ends meet. We are veterans of the industry, masters of our craft, mentors & leaders, a spacious C-Suite.

We're capable of things that haven't even existed yet, experts at making things live and be. We strive on solving problems & when successful, the occasional smirk you might see. We have every award & accolade under the sun and some of us have few, some none. But we're all unique and most importantly, we'll get the job done. We're open-minded and care free, we love to to see where the wind blows. We're occasionally opinionated, but we're quite aware when it shows.

We are curious and love to wonder why.

We are flexible yet sensitive, which makes us great listeners and quite aware of the crowd. Thorough and detail oriented, we look at every angle and smile when we're proud. We are intuitive and trust our gut, we listen because we care. We follow our hearts & work in teams, the best of us collaborate & share. We have infinite seeds of inspiration within, and the power to grow and nurture them into amazing things. We are brave and take risks, walk the tightrope, take that leap of faith, see what it brings.

We can't sleep when we have a good idea and love to work at night. We're pro-active & passionate, for a GREAT idea, we're sure willing to fight. We have our good days and those that are trash, but we try to bring our best everyday, because we like things & we still need cash. We give birth to ideas, and muster hope to keep them alive. We are the purveyors & custodians of inspiration for everyone around us, in our presence they flourish & thrive. We are emotional, and occasionally afraid. Yet, we embrace our fears head on, because out of bravery we're made.

We challenge the status quo, but also fall in line. We question the norms, new standards we define. We're self-conscious & a bit vain, a huge ego lurks within that we're able to tame. We're confident and strive for greatness, we demand the best. High energy at times, passionate, ADHD ... you know the rest. We obsess & love to stare and squint, glasses that are hued, pink, blue & yellow tints. We're capable of so much, we just have to work and believe. We can create something the world has never seen before, greatness we can achieve.
